Dr. Hamlin has achieved Fellowship status in the Academy of General Dentistry, placing her among of the top 6% of dentists in the United States and Canada.
Laser Certified
With specialized training in laser dentistry, she is Laser Certified by the American Board of Laser Surgery.
Education and Focus
Dr. Hamlin is a second-generation dentist and a graduate of Howard University College of Dentistry. She loves serving patients of all ages and all generations, including infants with tongue-tie issues. Dr. Hamlin is currently President of the Tidewater Dental Association, on committees for the Virginia Dental Association, a board member of the Chesapeake Care Clinic, and a VCU external affiliate instructor. She is also a member of the International Affiliation of Tongue-tie Professionals, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Home Life
She is married to her college sweetheart and they love spending time together with their two creative daughters. She also enjoys learning about wines, spirits, and craft beers -- having achieved WSET Level 1 certification.
