Maria Julita SJ. Sibayan, PhD, MAN, IBCLC, CBS, RN is a Registered Nurse, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and Certified Breastfeeding Specialist. She also serves as an Associate Professor and Clinical Instructor at the Adventist University of the Philippines teaching both in the undergrad and graduate level.

Her personal ministry, advocacy, and expertise has led her to serve various non-governmental organizations. She has numerous research engagements and publications and have participated as a co-author for books on nursing leadership and breastfeeding. One of her contribution is the Specialized Algorithm for Cleft Care, a clinical flow chart that serves as a guideline implementation tool (GIT) that highlights key decision points in the delivery of care for babies with cleft and their families in the context of antenatal, intrapartal, and postpartal periods respectively for both the community and hospital settings.

Maria is a mom of three whom she shares with Kenneth a pediatrician and breastfeeding medicine specialist and other half of Baby DuDu Docs: Child Health and Breatsfeeding Care Specialists, a service provider for pediatrics, breastfeeding and lactation.
